Giovanny Soto, an 11-year-old girl from Manhattan, recently died after attempting the dangerous “blackout” TikTok stunt which has been known to lead to fatal consequences.

Her aunt Laura Luque believes it was fueled by cyberbullying and other peers encouraging her to do it.

Unfortunately, Giovanny is not the only child who lost their life due to this irresponsible act; dozens of children between the age of 12 and under have died attempting this stunt.

While TikTok may try and claim little responsibility for these tragedies, it continues to face numerous lawsuits from parents of these victims who are seeking justice for their loved ones.
